HoS Patch 1.10:
Today we make another step forward with Heroes of Soulcraft. With Consumables, we have added another feature which we hope you like experimenting with and we bring you another new Hero with the mischievous mage Turakk.

Top 100 Leaderboard Online

  • We have added a Top 100 Leaderboard to our website!
  • You can now see yourself among the top players of the world based on your ranking score.
  • The leaderboard is updated every 15 minutes and contains all players from all regions.

New Feature: Consumables

  • We have added a new Consumables Menu ingame that lets you choose one-time useable skills.
  • The Menu is available when dead or standing in your base.
  • Pick the best Skill for your current matchup, ranging from a placeable invisible Mine to a Team Heal ability.

Recall (Default)

  • Channels a Portal back to your base. Can be interrupted by enemies stepping onto it.
  • This is the default Consumable that you have when you haven't chosen a Consumable.
  • Once you use a Consumable, you receive the Recall skill again.

Revive

  • Revives your Hero instantly.
  • You may already know this Ability. We just found a nicer spot for it inside the Consumables Menu.

Berserker Potion

  • Briefly makes your Hero deal more damage and take less damage.

Health Potion

  • Heals you for a flat amount of Health and then regenerates additional Health over time.

Mine

  • Plants a Mine on the ground that detonates on contact with an enemy Hero.

Team Heal

  • Heals you and nearby allies for a flat amount.

Team Speed

  • Grants a burst of speed to you and your allies around you for a short duration.

Time Warp

  • Resets all your Skill cooldowns to 0, so you can cast them again.

Sight Ward

  • Reveals an area for a while. You can see invisible enemies and they are revealed on your minimap.

Smite

  • Deals massive damage to all enemy minions near you.

Turakk: This tiny mage combines burst damage with high mobility while casting skills. Keep an eye on his energy to make use of his full damage potential.

Skyfall

  • Attacks single targets with rays from the sky while being able to move. Consumes energy for extra damage.

Charged Blast

  • Charges and freezes his look direction on activation. Then fires a devastating blast of plasma projectiles until his energy runs out.

Swiftness

  • Increases movement speed and grants energy. Can also be used while Charged Blast is in progress.

Refreshing Shield

  • Briefly shields himself, reducing damage taken. Also grants energy and immunity to stuns and slows.

Niomi: Niomi's ability to dash between her enemies and avoiding damage and crowd control by doing so is strong. Maybe a little too strong. We are fixing the cooldown for it and tuning it down a little.

Skill: Soul Seek

  • Cooldown increased to 2.2/1.8/1.4 seconds from 1.6/1.4/1.2 seconds.
  • Cooldown can no longer be reduced by Cooldown reduction.
  • Context: Autoattacks and other very low cooldown abilities cannot be reduced further by Cooldown Reduction on items. This is now also the case for Niomi's dash that could previously reach a 0.72 sec Cooldown. The resulting minimum waiting time is now 1.4 seconds.

Targas: Being a massive Tank needs to have some downsides. We are removing some damage scalings if he goes for a damage build and he no longer increases the damage enemies would take.

Reducing Damage Scalings

  • Damaging Skills now have 70% damage scaling and more flat damage.
  • Damaging Skills gained more flat damage. Around 20 to 50 additional damage.
  • This means that when you have around 100 Damage, not much changes. But further damage increases will be less effective.

Removing Damage Amplification

  • Some of Targas' Skills would debuff enemies so they took more damage afterwards from all your teammates, yourself and towers.
  • This mechanic has been removed.

Damage Value Decreased

  • The price of Damage on items has been increased by 50%.
  • Damage Items will now cost more Souls in-game and still have the same Damage value.
  • Context: Damage on items is now more in line with other stats. This makes full damage item decks less devastating and grants other item builds the opportunity to shine.

Bugfixes

  • Optimized server code! We now only need 1/4 of the previous bandwidth!
